Bush Planes

Airplanes designed to be operated in the Northern Territories, normally equipped with skis or hulls, are often referred to as bush planes. Up to today, populations in regions like Northern Canada, Alaska, Greenland use small airplanes to hop from a lake to another or reach remote strips of useful land to carry people, food, gas or mail. Such airplanes are often of old origins like Grumman Goose, Noorduyn Norseman or the more recent De Havilland Otter and Twin Otter. The world of bush planes offers to the aviation paintinter a wide variety of situations and scenarios , colorful landscapes and a unique merge of humanity, machines and nature.
